JobHavenHub acts as a venue for employers to post job opportunities and candidates to post resumes and does not screen or censor the listings. We are not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings.
We do not guarantee employment. We are not responsible for any hiring decisions, for whatever reason, made by any entity posting jobs on our Site.
We reserve the right to remove any job listing or content from the Site, which in the exercise of our discretion, does not comply with the above Terms, or if any content is posted that we believe is not in the best interest of JobHavenHub.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site.
